So if your wanting to ask her out go ahead and do it you have nothing to lose if she says no. Some girls like to be approached first, so if you ask her out you are actually complimenting her (if done in a respectable way). If she says yes I suggest a date at the theater or someplace where you don't have to talk much as it can be awkward breaking the ice if your forced to make idle conversation. So after the movie you have the conversation of was it bad....good...okay. That breaks the ice a bit and takes out some of the awkward and it also  lets you get to know what kind of things shes into from her movie preferences. In the long run if it works out great ,if it does not oh well, just remember to have try to have a good time!
