I'm curious if anyone's noticed any oddities in the game. Here's something that's been bugging me.

Whismur's ability is Soundproof so that should mean sound based moves don't affect it yet it can learn Howl which is a sound based move. Howl shouldn't affect its attack, yet it does. I wonder if Nintendo noticed this.......

I'm pretty sure Howl boosts attacks through confidence, rather than the sound of the howl itself.

There are some Pokemon, like Ghastly, that are clearly floating, but they can be affected by Ground moves. How crazy is that?

Well, Gastly got Levitate in the 3rd gen so that was fixed, but speaking of Ground moves, Sand-Attack is a Ground move but Flying types still lose their accuracy. I think that's a bit odd.

For the Sand-Attack hitting Flying Types, remember that if you kick/throw, etc., sand, the dirt clouds can spread and get into the Pokemon's eyes.

I find it weird how Gyrados is a Flying Pokemon.
