I saw this earlier on the news today and I thought it was cute and very impressive. A talking Siberian Husky dog named Mishka somewhat trained to speak. She clearly says the words "I Love You!" Take a look!

Interesting fact is that cats only meow to talk to humans.  They are trying to form communication with their humans so it's easier for them to learn how to actually form words than dogs learning how to form words.  Dogs only form words for treats while cats will form words to communicate.  WHO'S SMARTER NOW?! XD
