Last night I had my first beer and got really buzzed, but not quite drunk. I noticed that I really enjoyed talking constantly. I didn't notice that my voice also got higher pitched. My brother said I was starting to hurt his ears with my constant high-pitched talking.

The significance is that my old neurologist told me it would be very dangerous if I chose to drink because my medication is processed through the liver. My new neurologist said that it is not plausible to tell an adult that they can never drink and that her comment was an overreaction. As long as I drink in moderation, it's acceptable. I also did my homework. The only reaction alcohol has with my medication is drowsiness. If I overdo it, I assume I'll pass out so as long as I don't drink too much I'll be fine.

So... yeah... I can drink and my doctor said it's ok. I'm seriously really happy.

I unfortunately got drunk before I was allowed. Stupid idea honestly.

I tried drinking when I was 16, I wasn't planning to get drunk. Just having a sip because 7 other people wanted me to. Normally I don't fall under peer pressure but one drink can't make me drunk.


Uuugh... I'm never having a beer or alcohol again. I can't stomach neither of the two. Seriously.



My friend on the other hand, has been drinking since his 16th birthday. He keeps drinking more and more, we're starting to become distant because of it. He's a completely different person and he keeps drinking all the time. I hate any sort of beer or alcohol not only for it's taste, but what it can do to poison people's judgement.

I'm pretty sure my first drink was a sip of beer a long, long time ago. I don't remember exactly when or what it was, or even my reaction was (being a kid I imagine it could have been a good one). My first buzz was off a Corona at 17, though.

Well i was tricked into drinking vodka long before and had some drinks that were offered now and then.course here you only need to be 18 to drink so iv had a few now.i dont really understand how you can own a gun but not drink,seems stupid.
Theres a nice loophole that if you are in private property you can drink if supervised by your guardian

I had my first drink (red wine), before I reached legal age. The side effect was that I felt dizzy, but everything else was fine.

It's good to be able to have some drinks once in awhile

The only time I ever had alcohol... was at Wrigley Field... given to me from the guy next to me... who accidentally spit into my popcorn as he was talking. I just used this link in a post I made earlier today, and I will use it again.

I'm epileptic, so drinking would not be wise for me. =| Ah, well. I don't mind. I'll always be designated driver, haha.

I have already been around the block with a few drinks, (not physically around the block but you get it.) Really make sure that you wait as well as drink when you know how much too do so. Never drink a full Smirnoff and try to drive.
