I started(and completed) a research paper. I love to end the night with completing at least one hard task. It gives me a peaceful sleep. After doing this for weeks it has become a habit. I have already started preparing for tonight's essay.

I also did a bit of research after hearing that I follow a polyphasic sleep cycle from my nerd BFs, I had heard the term, but never bothered to look it up. It is pretty interesting to read about. I actually found out that a few minor adjustments could make my sleep more relaxing.
