I'v been getting panic attacks alot recently and I'm really worried about it.. if you have them tell me ur story even if u dont .. try and give me some of ur knowlageable pointers. I usually lay bac and put a cold washcloth on my head and relax usually it does the job but they r frequently sometimes.

I do get them sometimes, yes. =/ When I do, I usually take several deep breaths and, if possible, talk to someone or call someone to calm down. The last time I had one was a few weeks ago. I was home alone and I suddenly started panicking that some unknown bad thing was going to happen. =| Completely irrational. It took me about ten minutes or so to calm down.

I used to have panic attacks very often, in the past. It mostly happens to me when I have a huge amount of work to do in a short period of time(that was during university exams), and sometimes I had panic attacks when I wanted to break up with a person, but I was afraid of his reaction. I used to use a carton to breath in, so I'll be able to maintain a normal way of breathing and I was eating sweets.
The last 6 months, I didn't have any panic attack, mostly because I've learnt to be more calm and to care less for what the others are thinking about me

Try to realize that nothing  and nobody worths to hurt your health in such a stressful way. I'm sure this will reduce the symptoms soon

I do suffer from anxiety attacks from time to time, something I inherited from my Mother. I've found the best solution for myself is to just seclude myself from other people. That can mean locking myself in my room, talking a long walk, or just going and laying down for awhile away from people. Usually that helps me to calm down.
