That depends on what you consider "good." I personally do not have the best sense of balance. I tend to lean forward all the time. Jumping on a trampoline? I think the last time I did jump on one I felt I was at risk of falling forwards easily --which should come as no surprise. I do not know how I would handle a balance beam, but I think I would be decent as far as balancing left to right goes.

As odd as it sounds, yet again...

Even though I trip over myself WALKING, I can do more difficult things with ease.

I can run across beams EXTREMELY well, and have good balance on trampolines. I don't get what causes it.

I have pretty great balance, and I always have. I live across the street from a playground, and as soon as I was able to get up there, I started walking across things. I can't even remember when I started climbing up there in the playground, but I can't have been much older than seven. I would walk across the top of the swings, the monkey bars, that zipper thing (I don't know what it's really called, it's just a handle that slides along the bar), and I used to walk on handrails whenever possible. I still do sometimes, but less often. I can even stand on a handrail (diameter of about two inches) and juggle. The thing that I have yet to master is juggling on a rail with my eyes closed. I can do them both individually, but not combined.
