I keep my laptop plugged in about 95% of the time. Otherwise, I start to charge it at around 5-10%.

I always try to have as much power in my laptop as possible...so if I see the battery icon nearing the yellow...I'll put it on the charger and charge it for hours. Sometimes not noticing it's being overcharged.

I usually have my laptop plugged in. But when I don't, I charge it when it has less than 15%.
Once every 2 months, I discharge it completely (in other words, I leave it open, till it closes on its own), I heard it's good for battery's life, so that's why I do that.

I usually start charging by the time it's down to 10 - 20% or when the battery icon turns red.

I hear that it's not very good to have your laptop charging all the time. The battery's like a muscle and it needs to be on it's own. Overcharging will weaken it and lessen the life of the battery anyway. You're best off just charging it when it's low and unplugging it right when it turns full.

It is actually bad to have your laptop plugged in at all times. It shortens the batteries life significantly. When it is constantly getting power routed through it when it is already at it's full capacity, it starts to, figure of speech, kill your battery cells that store that power. Eventually, you will find that your laptop loses power much quicker. My fiancee had this happen twice. It got to the point to where her battery would lose 10% roughly every 30 seconds, and then the battery eventually could no longer hold a charge at all. So her computer would only function if it was plugged in and the battery was taken out. I leave it unplugged  until roughly 5% power, plug it in until it is at 100%, and unplug it. That is the best way to keep your battery fully functional for the longest possible time. I never had to change my battery until I lent my brother my laptop for a week, and he left it plugged in all the time. When I got it back, I saw that I lose about 15% a minute. I made him buy me a new battery.

Lol I do this every week. I wait usually untill it's under 10% or just let it run out.

I do not have a laptop. Pretty hard to charge something that you do not have. Though I guess my computer is plugged in always.

I charge it continuously, yeah, it's bad for battery life I guess, but it's not like I need to have a great battery anyway, I never have it off the charger generally, if I need to take it, I usually just plug it in wherever I go.
