I play OSU quite a bit. I don't have access to it at the moment because my own PC is gone down the crapper, having a broken charger, and non-functioning fan.

Davideo7 : Osu is a rhythm game where you basically click buttons and drag your mouse all over the screen to a beat of a song. It's like DDR but more chaotic. The reason why it's so popular is the game is so clean and that anyone can make the "beatmap" to a song. In other words, all the tracks are user submitted.

Davideo7 : I have no idea. But I think it's an abbreviation rather than an acronym since it's supposed to be spelled "osu!".

They have this on the site: An informal greeting in the Japanese language, resulting from condensing the phrase "Ohayo gozaimasu!" (Good morning!) Pronounced with a silent u ("OSS"). Close English equivalents include "Yo!" or "Hey!".

But I don't think that is quite related since that has nothing to do with rhythm.

Anyone else think this feels like the Tour De France?  I watched it this year and after watching it, I realized how similar a VCS is to it lol.
