I agree with pi0x. An emulator for the DS isn't all that functional. But as far as the 3DS is concerned, it wouldn't be much different from a DS emulator. Remember, though you can adjust the screen on the 3DS for their own eyes, but they can turn it all the way down, making it the normal flat view. So if they did make a 3DS emulator, it would likely just be the games in their flat form.

they cant do it. the main reason why is it would be imposable to use the gyro scope so it makes game play limited and you couldnt even play some games.

I have already seen one and it had no games compatible for it. Though you could go through the menu and stuff. It was very sluggish.

There isn't even a totally functional emulator for the DS yet (No$ is the best DS emulator I've seen yet), 3. there are far more interesting and popular systems to emulate (PS3, XBOX 360, Wii) and that's where most if not all of the emulator developers will flock to. There won't be an emulator for 3DS for a good LOOOONG time. Not 'til I'm an old man nearly.
