I stumbled upon this thread from a person I am following on Google+.

Apparently Firefox 6.0 is going to be released ahead of schedule. I kinda wanna test it out, they say it will perform up to 20% faster.

It's not just "on the way", it's already here. I've downloaded the greek version of FireFox 6.0 two nights ago (I'm on my laptop mostly at nights so I count nights on laptop not days)
I didn't realize much of a change, and I'm glad that real player (ver. 14) works on FF6. I haven't noticed any problems yet, and I'm using it as my basic browser.

Actually, from my own perspective, 6.0 is has officially been released. Just to see if 6.0 still is in beta, I went to oldapps.com to check and see the release list of Firefox versions. If you look carefully through the list, you can see that 6.0 (Bate 5) was released on August 5th. 6.0 (non-Beat) was released on August 16th, and 7.0 (Beta 1) released on the 18th. I am testing 6.0 right now (granted this post was made on Chrome). I'll PM you what I think of it if you want, pi0x. I admit I do not expect to find much difference as I do not do a whole lot.
