Right now, when I click the link, it doesn't load the page, it's probably due to traffic or something like that. I'll try later.

I have a couple of questions, is it portable? I mean can I save it to my USB flash and run it from it? Or I need to install it from the usb to the blocked pc?

Still the site doesn't work. So I've done what you've suggested. I've found it on a Greek site too and downloaded it from there http://greek.toggle.com/lv/software/download/kl651944.htm (this is the English version).
I've downloaded it but I haven't tried it yet though. Because this net connection doesn't have any blocks, so I wouldn't be sure if it worked. But I'll save it on my usb flash and I'll make "good use" of it, elsewhere

Well, tbh, it's slow as hell (as all proxies are), so I wouldn't recommend it for extended web browsing. However, if you're just checking up on a couple of things (like your Facebook, Vizzed, etc.), it should work great.

the_casualty : I've noticed no change in speed when I use it. Although once in a while it won't get me around school blocks cause I've messed with some settings and I have to restart it.
