What's going on. You already know my name cause I'm the one who made my thread.

Elara was technically the one who brought me here. But I came from a similar forum much like this one. I have years dealing with Acmlm-type forums, I'm a member of the SA forums, and Ive been posting for well over 10 years. I'm 23 by the way!

I'm a manager at possibly one of your favorite places to eat. Olive garden. Well, more like the hospie manager. Meaning I have to deal with angry guests and i'm in charge of cooking training and making sure every guests walks away happy. Been doing this job for well over two years now and the pay is rather nice I suppose. But I'm planning on going to Georgia Tech in the Fall to study...well I dunno yet. But I gotta go back to school, that's seriously important to me!

I'm also a part-time plumber working for ABC Plumbing. But I got my own truck and supplies to do minor work. But I only do jobs like this on the weekends because for some reason everyone's water heaters bust during the weekends and people don't want to wait until monday to get hot water again. That's where I come in!

I'm also a super computer geek. I even built my own gaming computer. Noticed I can't post pictures. Which sucks! But here are the specs of my computer:

AMD PHENOM II X4 955 Processor (O.C 4.0Ghz Stable) / 4GB GSkill Memory / ATI RADEON HD 6790 (OC 1.2GB Stable) / BIOSTAR AMD 880G / 500GB 7200RPM HD / Microsoft Windows 7 Home 64 Bit / Linkworld 650w Power Supply / ASUS 22" Widescreen LCD monitor

Grand total to build was under a grand. And you can find a computer like this one at best buy with half the power behind it and loaded to the rim with crap for well over $1,400. Go custom build or bust is what I always say.

Anyways, it took me over two weeks to join this forum. So let's hope the effort was worth it.

Such fun dealing with all that. I hope my poking David repeatedly didn't bother him too much.

Glad you could join us, dude. Flipping awesome computer you have there. I do not think I know enough to know quite how powerful it is, but I do know that it is everything better than my own --slightly envious here. I like you attitude for going back to school. Most college students end up changing their major midway, and I may not be an exception to it. I am currently studying for Criminal Justice but may add Forensics. Yeah the newbie power level has a lot of restrictions to help reduce and prevent a lot of spam around here.  Doesn't take long to upgrade from that power level but it looks like you were upgraded a little sooner than others lol.

@Pokemon: The specs are in my signature. I'm working on getting dual screen monitors. Well, I already have that setup, but the other monitor I use is only 18" and I only use it for desktop applications and modding UT3 stuff.

Lot of people hack roms. I hack actual videogames. I've completely modded Tribes into a theme park, and even helped with Tribes 2 on a mod similar to Gary's mod. Now I just make maps and skins for UT3 that is also available on the PS3.

But yeah, it's a pretty beast computer.

I rarely check my gmail email but I'm sure it's there.  Is there anything specific in there that you wanted me to read?  I'm assuming the email is about the registration issue.

Davideo7 : Pretty much. It also had my own contact info for Yahoo, and AIM I believe. I use trillian so I can use any chatting program I want in one simple to use program. I didn't see that you had one and believe me, I had to poke elara and ask you in PM's to further help me get on here. Heh, but it's all good and done now. Thanks again for your help dudular!

I actually like that name. Sounds epic in my opinion. Haha. I'm not computer geek. The only thing I know how to do is edit my own pictures. I'm curious. You do all that. Do you make your own pictures as well?

Natas : Unfortunately, the older computer had Fireworks CS3. So right now I'm stuck with MSpaint on Windows 7. And seen how CS3 won't work with my version of Windows; I need to purchase the newer version in order to fully utilize the OS and the program itself. Unless im missing something. Have not really tried installing it on this computer. According to the box I have it's only compatible with Windows XP. So not gonna try it.

But yeah I can pretty much do it all. Gif's, Userbars, etc. But if i'm lazy I don't really take requests. I still owe Elara some userbars. But with my work schedule and my competitive gaming it's hard to balance things out and getting work done.

E- Also the one thing I can not do is make layouts. I had a good friend of mine make the one you are seeing now. Never was into making my own websites.
