I like survival horror.  Pick any Resident Evil game or any game along those lines and you'll find creepy music.

I almost prefer when there's no music.  Playing the original DOOM when I was 11, in 1990 or whenever, late at night with no lights on in the basement and no one around was the ultimate.

Most of the music played throughout Bioshock really creeped me out. There's just something about that environment combined with that music that made me turn on the lights. >.> Especially when it just has that classical, sort of cheery-sounding music. It just sounds creepy when you're thinking that something is going to suddenly leap out at you.

Ruins of Alph Radio Broadcast

This beats every scary Pokemon song to me. It's just ambiance with some beeps. I actually lulled myself to sleep back when Pokemon Gen 2 was the games to have. It's not really so creepy when you are me, I guess. It makes my heart race, but it is extremely relaxing despite what my body thinks about it.

Just to scare anyone with a phobia of rick rolls...

Robo's never gonna give you up until he shortciiirits! Never gonna make you cry, but he is an ironic guy. Never gonna tell a lie and abhore you. He knows the moves and the list says it all. Just look it up on WIKIPEDIAAA! He happens to have feelings, and you wonder yet understand.

You have been warned. Robo's theme sounds like Never Gonna Give You Up.
