I'm not really the biggest fan of either of those Pokémon but I would say Spiritbomb because it's stronger and sorry but I have to say it looks cooler. (Plus it reminds me of DBZ )

I'm choosing SableEye because it CAN learn a lot more attacks than Spiritomb, also because of it's ability to learn Shadow Claw which inflicts heavy damage and is 100% accurate.

I would Definitely choose Spiritomb when having it as a low level the stats are atrocious and it has a unique move that you can use which involves strategy by putting a poke to sleep with hypnosis then nasty plot to increase its special attack moves then using dream eater which basically automatically kills the poke or any other move after using nasty plot.
