theres a thread like this on entertainment i think which is where you write down everything that makes you happy, when i made a thread like this it got shut :/ but w/e.  When i feel down i either eat ice cream or watch films all day, i think perspective really helps when your down

I figure out what's upsetting me and I make a change about it.  Or I deal directly with the person or thing that upset me.  For example, my wife made some comments about a friend of mine.  After I thought about it, I told her it bothered me that she said what she said.  She explained why she said it and why she felt that way.  We discussed it and I got over being upset because I understood her point of view.

Generally, I am so self-confident I can't be bothered with things people say.  If I don't get my way, I just chalk it up to practicing patience and learning about how I can succeed next time.  Nothing really bothers me and I get over things quickly.

I don't take life too seriously.  I'm here to have fun, not to mope around and b**** about things.

Yeah it depends WHY i'm feeling blue. I actually suspect I have a chronic depression, so some blue feelings are directly stemmed from that. Thus, what I does is fix what I can and cope with the blues or classic rock. If there is a specific reason, I will take whatever measures are necessary to reduce any negative feelings, and try to make things right.
