Recently, I read Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Hard Luck. I liked it because I was interested throughout the entire book, the storyline was great, and there was some humor in it.

I just finished Chaos, a novel written on Wattpad by one of my friends at school. I really enjoyed it, she's a surprisingly great writer, and did a really good job at writing it.

I recently read a tale of two cities as an assignment that I am doing for english class. We really had to go into depth with it and I already have a feeling that my teacher is going to have a follow up essay....I am not going to lie, it was a pretty amazing book and I actually had a head start since I read it last summer and it just so turns out we had to read it this year. It is just one of those books you will go over in either high school or college. The only part I dread is the possible essay that my english teacher always gives after we read a book in class...

I recently read "No exit". It's a play about three people who are in hell, except it's a hotel room.

It was alright. Wasn't my type of read, at all. It was for school, though. Those rarely read well.

I had just finished reading Breakaway. it's the 2nd Book in the Unstoppable series, and the overall 19th book in the 39 Clues series. I loved it because I have read every book so far, and it just keeps getting better and better,

I read a little bit of the book "I was a Murder Junkie" online. I couldn't find the full book online and I am not going to pay the crazy price for it people are trying to get for it on Amazon. This book is about a roadie that is touring with the infamous rock n roller GG Allin and his band the GG Allin and the Murder Junkies on his last tour before his death. It has a lot of funny stories in it and is really a cool book although I don't like the author (the roadie its about) but what can you do.

How to draw Martial Arts Comics. By Steve Miller.
Published or Printed by "Watson-Guptill" Publications.
New York.

And....
It is a great book so far.
I have not sketched in ten years and this thing just opens all kinds of floodgates of memories of lessons I have long forgotten in just a few paragraphs.
The thing is only 150 pages long and each page only takes about ten minutes to do.
That's Ten minutes for a practice lesson.
Thirty for the perfectionist.
Things like this are brilliant.
Why can't all subjects be taught this fast?
I have about ten more books to chew through on art.
This time the rest are written by Chris Heart. ("Manga Mania" and others.)
I'm having too much fun with this.
Good Luck To All.
Peace.

I had just finished a book called The Slum. I read it for my history class about culture in Brazil. I didn't want to read it really, but there were a few parts that I liked.

MysteriousPanzer : I read the series as well! I love how they give a new twist to mythology.
PacmanandMariofan : I've finished the series (for now, until new books are going to be published). Have you only read the first book?

I've read 'Alex Rider: Eagle Strike'. Alex Rider has one and a half hour to save the world... It was really exciting, I LOVE the Alex Rider series, almost every chapter ends with a cliffhanger.

PacmanandMariofan : Thanks for the comment on my profile, otherwise I probably wouldn't have responded
So you have read every book as well? I love the humor in the series and everything around it. I also like that some little things early on in the book can return later. But what I really don't like that in the Dutch the series are called: 'The life of a loser'. Come on, that's more harsh than the diary of a wimpy kid.

My most recent read was No-No Boy by John Okada. It is a really excellently-written book, and it showcases the hardships that Japanese-Americans faced after WWII in the United States. I am sad that it was his only published work, and that his other works were not accepted, nor were they kept around. The works were actually burned by his family because no publisher would accept them. Anyways, you should definitely give it a read if you have the chance, and have not read it before.

I just finished reading the first Eragon. It was for my English ISU but it was a pretty awesome book and I really enjoyed it. I watched the movie a few years back and I didn't enjoy it but I didn't think it was as bad as people said. Then I read the book and I just realized how horrible it was.

I'm currently reading City of Bones. I've been itching to read anew book that just takes you to a whole other place and this is doing the job decently. I'm only 10 chapters in, so I can't rate it just yet however it is very good so far.
