Originally I was going to choose Batman because he creeps in the shadows and attacks randomly. After reading your post I changed my mind. Spiderman would win because he'd be able to sense Batmans diabolical sneak attacks.

This battle is about who is the better fighter, and that's Batman. Batmans weapons can easily rip through a spiderweb making it almost impossible for Spiderman to catch him.
