YourMajestyKen : you walk back to New Bark Town, you'll pass by Route 45 and 46. You'll meet a couple of trainers, and get some items. But be careful! Once you jump over a hill, you can't go back. This means you'll need to go all the way south. Below are the Pokemon that can be found on these two routes.back at New Bark Town Go to Professor Elm's lab, and he'll give you a Masterball! After getting this and the Rainbow Wing, Silver Wing, or Clear Bell, you can go and catch one of the legendary Pokemon!

YourMajestyKen : Well I can't really say there is a strongest but I would say Garatina or Arceus. My favorite game is fire red because it's the first I played and even after you beat the game there's a whole other quest you can go on like defeating team rocket and such
