Mostly, David still maybe doing some maintenance work on the site. So, you most likely have to be patient about it until it's done and try to save your games again and if you are still having issues saving your games. PM the RGR staff and they should give you some details on why it's not working.

If at all, I'd suggest you to keep your game opened up.

That way, you don't need to save, and the game is right there when you want to play it.

Just throwing a suggestion - Save, of course, EVEN if it says "save failed", just in case.

... No wonder I couldn't even save my games, had to play then abandon them because I had to restart the entire thing again.

I've heard people say that they can now save again (since the site maintenance). However, I have not been able to save/load for a few days now. I'm playing Pokémon crystal and it says that the game saves successfully but when I load the game it always goes back to the same state, regardless of how many times I've saved since this state. Has anyone else been experiencing problems like this?

Just a theory but my games aren't saving either.

It's mostly GBA ones I play, and since the Pokémon games run off the same emulator maybe there's still work going on to get the saves working for GBA games. Unless Kevcap is playing a GBA game then my theory goes out the window =/
