Well here I am..and in a hour or so im going yo have surgery..I've been in the hospital....The doctor said i might live if the surgery goes well. I'm here becuase I started throwing up blood, I became verry dizy (due to blood loss) and i have chest pains. I really hope Its not anything sserious but who knows.. I may pull through i may not..my life is in gods hands now..I'll talk tou you all when i get better.. ByeSincerely,Alex Quin

Not jumping to conclusions, but...

It sounds like you have a peptic ulcer eroding and causing internal bleeding in your stomach region, or maybe even internal bleeding as a main cause. I don't think you have it in the lungs, because you did say you were throwing up, not coughing up. 

I hope you have a surgery went well, and you healthy soon.

I hope you do ok, the surgery part is no biggy.  You don't even know it happens until your more awake.  I had a major exploritory surgery done last october and it was a strange experiance.  Didn't feel pain till about a couple minutes after I woke up.  And I only crashed once after the surgery.  Strange that was!  I was talking to my dad and I started to hear a beeping sound and a huge wave of people coming in with masks and gloves and machines saying I was crashing.    The worst part was being alergic to the air in my room.  My nose would not stop bleeding and I couldn't get a nurse to help me until an aid came in and saw my bed and the floor below me was covered in a big pool of blood....  I couldn't stop laughing at how scared the aid was and how stupid my nurse felt.

I hope you didn't have a rough time and everything went smoothly~
