We've recently got DoS attacked, and Davideo7 had to raise security, and thus introducting those pop-ups. Just cancel, and keep going. If you cannot keep on, leave it alone. If it's something you REALLY need to access, come back and tell us. 

If it persists, I'll summon Davideo7 to ascertain if it was intentional or not.
