Pidgey was hit hard by Horn Attack, and falls backward. It tries to use Scratch back, but it does little damage to Rhyhorn. Rhyhorn stabs again with it's horn and Pidgey falls to a heap.

Rhyhorn gains a level. Pidgey's data has been added to our battle dexes.

Now we have some time to explore the area. We turn on our itemfinders and start walking around. Do we walk through the grass, or try to climb up the small ledges?

We've already pwned ( ) Rattata, so we don't need any more battles in this area (Unless we can get a Wild Pidgey to join the group... ) so I vote we climb the ledges and look for items with our shiny new itemfinders. That being said, there might be items in the grass too.
