It seemed like a typical day in English class. Me not paying attention (because I'm getting an A+!) while the 2 annoying girls in front of me gossip about boys that aren't me. Today's topic in class was summer reading. One of the books we were required to read was about a girl with Asperger's. I instantaneously see the girl in front of me whisper to her friend and thumb back at me. I could barely hear her, but what she said shocked me.

"That's what he has!"

Anger flared up in me as I realized that what she said was the most insulting thing anyone has ever told me. First of all, I do not have Asperger's. I do not have any kind of disability, (no offense to anyone who does).  Second, it disgusted me that anyone would even think about making a joke about any disability. I mean, people call one another "retarded" BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS! I MEAN, COME ON!. Thankfully, I am probably the best in my school about keeping cool when crap happens. But those two girls just made my @$$hole list........

I feel you man. Girls say stuff like that about me a lot just because I don't talk that much and they think I'm mentally retarded (until I show them my grades, of course).

I had the problem of being the one people picked on in school.

It wasn't just elementary school.
Nor was it just till the end of middle school.
It went all through high school.

For 12 years I was the joke. I'm ok with that.

I was never accused of Aspergers, but if everyone was to be believed, I have about 25 different physical and mental disabilities.

The best thing to do is to ignore it, and live your life.

just enjoy laughing in there face when you,the supposed retard get an A and they fail because theyre to busy gossiping like shallow, superficial gits.

Yeah, there tend to be ridiculous people in school like that. They just don't appreciate other people's feelings; all they want is a cheap joke at other people's expense. But just watch, their inconsideration will come back to bit them later.

It's horrible that they would say such a thing. 

I have the same problem at my school, there are many people who are very sarcastic, but towards me, he is the person who hates my guts, but its sarcastic, so he thinks its ok, but it really enrages me, I am not the person to joke around with the ZOMG I Hate You kind of act. He is also an a******.
