I first started this to celebrate my new computer and my upcoming birthday (which has passed since this revision).  I ran a contest where I judged peoples desktops to see who had the best and the top three winners would get the following prizes.


First place gets 2,000 vizz
Second place gets 1,000 vizz
Third place gets 500 vizz  (since the last person came in late and could not make them second place I gave them the 1k viz)

The winners of the June 20th contest were:

The next one I will accept submissions starting June 26th (any earlier will not count) till July 3rd.  Post of contest winners will be put on July 4th.   

NOTE!  This contest has a THEME!  It has to do with the United States.  Colors must be Red, White, and Blue.

well, here it is, I didn't feel like moving around my stuff. So too bad =3

Cool thing about this one is that it can turn onto 6 sides for 6 different desktops and different things on each.

I have my background changing pictures of 3D and cgi art every 10 seconds, so I just picked two good ones and screen capped them.

I used to have a Tomb Raider one, but I wanted a change, and this one looks cool to me and I like blue haired anime people, so I've been  using this one for a couple of weeks

bloodykissxx5 :  Sorry but since this is a family friendly site it would not be good to enter that into the contest.  I also have a 3 year old little sister with me so even though I'm a yaoi fan myself I can't let her see that stuff.  If you wanted to enter all you had to do is find not such a risque picture and enter that version into the contest.  Note I'm not looking at just the wallpaper but the WHOLE desktop.  So show me YOUR desktop all the cool gadgets and what not you put on there to make it YOURS.

schuyler :  A little late on the entry there, but it looks smexy~  Since you were late I did take away points towards you being second place, but I love it too much just to give 500 vizz so you are going to get 1,000 vizz instead!

This was loads of fun and I will do this again starting sunday the 26th till monday july 4th.  Keep an eye out for the next competition!  I hope to see more creative desktops then~!

Edit - Never mind I have been convinced to just edit the first post and title to keep this thread open.  I am planning on doing regular contests.  The next contest has been put at the first post of this thread!
