How many sit ups can YOu do? I can do more than 30 if I set my mind to it its my favorite thing to do.

Heh, that's a weak topic for me; maybe about 40. Funny thing is I have a "4-pak" instead of six...mainly, I can bust out about 80 crunches, but full sit-ups, not so much lol.

As I said in the push up thread. I'm a big man, but even I find sit ups rather easy. If I set my mind to it. I can do 90 to a 100 before I get worn out and bored with it. Lol

In the Physical Fitness (PT) test we take in the Army I usually get in the mid 60's in the 2 minutes we have to do them in, although in my last test I managed to do 74. Sit-ups are a weakness for thin people for some reason. And that's been proven many times. As such, I've never been as good with then as I wish to be. In the gym I have a 55-60 lb dumbbell on my chest and can usually knock out 20.

Being a really thin person myself, you would think I would be able to do more then 50, as I'm underweight. On a good day, can get up to 50 or more, but more or less on average, I'm sitting at about the 40 range.

I do 400 a night.  I spread them out between the four sides of the abs in 100 sit-up sets.  I also do other core work.  The core is where all the power comes from with sports I play.  It's good for everything.  And the ladies like looking at nice abs.
