Bintsy: Well I think we all have times in life where things can be a bit overwhelming due to stress and such. For me I’ve had to deal with problems both professionally and personally so I do indeed sometimes wish I could get away for a while.

If I could I would likely go into seclusion in one of those log cabins that you find at a ski resort or something during the winter months. I can’t ski due to my disability but there has always been something about a log cabin that I have been appealed to. I can’t figure out exactly why but, it does seem like something that would be a peaceful retreat to get away from the stresses in life.

Being a writer I have always found that it is easier to get things done when you don’t have to deal with so much stress and you can be relaxed. The one thing I have to deal with from time to time is feeling periodically burnt out. I do work a busier schedule than most people that is self-imposed but sometimes when you’re so engaged into what seems routine and, you’re going constantly without much rest you, tend to burn out every so often. At least that’s how it’s been for me for much of the last ten years since I began writing fulltime.
