The site seems really slow for me and I get errors and time out messages. That keeps me from my usual activity. I've been in the chat room a few times, met some nice people, managed to insult a few folks and apologize, and I enjoy it.

It's just slowing down. Perhaps the whole "summer" thing is getting people out of the house. I cheer for outdoor activity more than sitting inside staring at a computer even if it is to the detriment of the website.
