Pen when it runs out of ink you trash it grab another while still wrighing pencils you have to sharpen it or if mechanical put more lead in it.

I only use pens if I need to or when going over lines of a drawing. I prefer pencils since I can erase what I put on paper. I had an eraser that claimed to erase pen ink once, and found out it just blurs the ink. I love how it made such an awesome claim that was not true.
