I've spent the past day optimizing the site's overall speed and also a few pages, these include:

RGR Game Pages - Should load up to 50% faster
RGR Index Pages - Should load up to 25% faster

Forum Index - Should load up to 35% faster
Memberlist - Should load up to 25% faster
Online Users - Should load up to 25% faster
New Posts - Should load up to 50% faster

All other pages - Should load up to 10% faster
(probably 25% faster for guests, I was really able to speed up the pages for them by removing content they don't have to see such as who is on what page)

I have quick question, wondered if this might help speed, are there still users on the site that havent been active in a long time?, or do you do regular User cleanups, was just thinking maybe removing some long inactive users might help speed it up a bit.

It says something on the lines of reducing excess traffic by not allowing a user to see too many pages in a short time. The last line says I can view another page in ## seconds. Every time I refresh the page, it shows how many seconds I have left. At first, I thought it was because I was just moving through the pages too fast. But sometimes it happens when I post something.
