Honestly, why even bother paying? Apart from social networks, there are many other ways to keep in contact with people, such as Email, chat rooms, texting, calling, etc. If there are several *free* alternatives, what would the purpose be?

Btw, this will never happen. Facebook is generating enough money from ads to keep the site well (VERY well).

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
