It would depend on the amount (I don't buy unless it is in the hundred million+ area), however the general plan is to put half of it in the bank/investments and use the other half to get a new car, help out some friends and family, move this house onto the property up north and get the campground started and most likely have my house designed and built up there as well. Oh, and have some medical stuff taken care of and buy a new Xbox 360 since mine red-ringed.

Well. I would use that money to repair my home or just buy a new one. Fix the cars and get my dream car. After that. I'll use whats left which I'm sure there's still plenty of left and put half of it up in a bank and give the other half to a children's charity. That way I know that money is being put to use and for a good cause.
