mew is rarer than arceus and has good sp. atack and i was in a battle with arceus and mew saved the day at lv. 80 (same as arceus)

while mew can learn can learn more moves(it still cant learn all) arceus is much stronger much faster and has much more endurance plus he can change type so really there's no contest

I favor Arceus in a battle just for its crazy Attack Power Just cuz a Pokemon can learn any move doesn't make it strong STAB's are what make the difference in battles

Statistically, Arceus is the strongest, with a base stat of 120 for each stat, giving it a base stat total of 720, compared to Mew's base stat total of only 600, which is even less than your typical legendary. Also, the ability for it to change types makes it ridiculously versatile, so I would definitely pick Arceus as the best.
As a side note, a level 80 battle is not a good test of which Pokemon is better. Arceus is obtained normally at level 80 (100 for events), so that Arceus would have had almost no EVs. EDIT: Mew is NOT rarer than Arceus. Currently, the only way to get Arceus is through events or cheating. Mew is obtainable by events and other methods in WAY more games. Well as long as we are including legendaries lol. I say Arceus is the strongest Pokemon because of its very high stats and the fact it can be any type. Power to back the moves helps, my other choice would be Mew.

I think the strongest is zorua cause it can use it's illusions to trick it's opponate.

In my opinion I believe Hydreigon is one of the more powerful Pokemon. It has a base stat total of 600, and can learn various elemental moves which means it can easily wipe out a team with just one moveset.

Well, if you're asking the question in terms of attack power, then statistically, Deoxys Attack Forme would be the most powerful, with base 180 in both attacking stats.

Not so fast! A Marowak holding a Thick Club has a higher max attack stat than Medicham with Pure Power or even Attack Deoxys.
But if I had to choose between Mew and Arceus, I'd say Arceus, because it is rarer, can be any type, and has better stats. Except for some reason I feel like Grey will have a pretty big role for Arceus. I don't know why though...
