In my opinion the weakest Pokémon of all time would have to Magikarp. It evolves into a great Pokémon but Magikarp in my opinion is an all around terrible Pokémon.

Sunkern is pretty awful, but even though it's weak for battling it's one of the best Pokémon for pokeathlon in Heart Gold and Soul Silver. You can give it the apricorn juice to max it out but yeah it sucks for everything else.

Ditto is the weakest Pokémon since it has abysmal HP and has to waste a turn using transform then there is only a 50% chance of it being able to attack first unless one of the Pokémon is carrying an item that modifies speed, and on top of that there are a few Pokémon that can get S.T.A.B. super effective attacks on themselves.

First off I'd like to say Abra can learn from TMs most notably TM 29 psychic and secondly I'm going to change my pick to Snorunt because Ditto can have a salvaging ability in Impostor.  If you use that and choice scarf you out speed whatever you switch into.  Snorunt on the other hand can not be salvaged by an ability and its two evolutions are sub-par.  If you think that Sunkern is weaker because of its stats it at least gets Chlorphyl and solar beam in the sun.  Snorunt only gets Blizzard to be a consistent option when there is hail which id the worse weather condition.

Happiny is actually quite good in my opinion. But either way I would say, even though I love it, Sunkern because its stats are the worst of all Pokémon created but I still love it! And Happiny!

Never underestimate the uselessness of a Magikarp. Powerful evolution, yes. Powerful splash attack, definitely not. Actually I'm willing to bet that splash is in an attack slot solely to fill space. That's the weakest pokemon, in my opinion.

Magikarp because he just know splash and just level 15 know tackle...

Metapod and Kakuna, know just harder... they'll know other attacks just if you evolve then for Caterpie and Weedle..

I looked through at all the replay's and I saw no one saying bumary bumery is stupid stats are tar able and move set is also tar able also I see a lot of people saying metapod and kakona and I agree if you don't evolve from caterpie or wedle they are vary bad and hard to train
