My biological Dad has a green and a brown eye,
my mum dark brown,
my older brother light brown

...and me : i got eyes that change their color depending on my mood and how the light shines on them.

Normally they are green - grey.
When i am angry, they are dark green.
When i am happy, they are light green - blue and a touch of grey.

When light shines on them, they are light green.

Funny somehow....

I have greyish-blue eyes that shift to green, which I got from both parents... though I do have a brown spot in my right iris, which is called sectoral heterochromia. But yeah, I was reading up on eye color and it is fascinating how the colors are formed.

Both of my parents have brown eyes and very dark brown hair, almost black. However I was born with blonde/light brown hair and light grey eyes.

I'm assuming they could have come from both, since they are recessive there needed to be two recessives in order for them to override the dominant brown eye gene. But my dad's side has more blue/grey eyed people.
