I played it in 'Game' on the demo stand and it really played with my eyes i got glasses too, its like looking into one of those paper optical illusions when you have to cross your eyes to see the picture when you look away except you have to try and uncross your eyes :p

I haven't played one very much, but when I have played, it does strain my eyes a little. I'm guessing that that's because I don't have time to really get used to it though, since I only tend to use my friend's.

It doesn't hurt my eyes. That said, if I play with the 3D on max, it strains my eyes hardcore. That's why I play a setting close to max. I can play for 30 minutes, take a small 5-15 minute break, then go back to gaming. To be honest, I only really played Zelda Ocarina of Time with 3D, and even then, I only started playing 3D when I was nearly done with the Spirit Temple. That's because I was finally so ready to play 3D that I gave up on max and found my dream setting.

I get over that by the second consecutive day, though. I guess it's just a matter of brain habits, for me, and I'll probably get used to switching after a while.

I've played the game itself first hand as of late, and I can actually approve that its fun. I didn't feel a thing of strain in my eyes. It could be my vision or something, but I think you'll be safe if you play the 3DS with the 3D for a while and not get any strain.

The 3D didn't bug me to much at all. I did have to adjust the 3D slider to get the right feel for me but other than that I am enjoying the 3D features.
