I like Aerodactyl the most in this list as well. It is in the top twenty Pokemon on both Speed and Attack; you can't exactly say that with a lot of other Pokemon. It has good moves too.

My favorite Fossil Pokemon, and favorite non-legendary Pokemon altogether, is Rampardos. Everyone may think Rampardos stinks due to it's low speed, but just hear me out. First off, my Roblox username is Rampardos. Second, it is a DESTRUCTIVE BEAST, HAVING THE SECOND MOST ATTACK POWER EVER, losing to Attack Deoxys. Third, if you raise Rampardos's EVs to Max Speed, and Max Attack, have Rampardos's personality as an attack or speed boosting personality, with IVs maxed in that, and give it a Quick Claw, Head Smash, INSTANT KO MOST LIKELY.
