The only notifications I have received so far are the 100 Viz a day one, the chat room notification, and any replies I have in threads.
The first two I don't really respond to. But if someone replies to a post or a thread I will take the time to think about my response and then respond.
This can take anywhere from a few seconds, to a few minutes, to upwards of an hour.
