Honestly, I've lost interest in Sonic games after the third make for Sega Genesis. That being said, Tails always stuck out as my favorite because he can fly and he's ALWAYS saving Sonic. Tails is needed most of the time to help complete Sonic's missions...(in the second and third one, at least.)

I prefer Chaos even though I never played Sonic Adventure. Mainly because he can transform more powerful depending on how many chaos emeralds are absorbed inside him. As a bonus he is unique and not obnoxious.

No question here, it is shadow, I like his personality and everything about him, he is the complete opposite of sonic which makes him cool. I like his chaos control and chaos blast and he is the perfect anti hero because he really doesn't work with anybody to help them but he does whatever suits his own needs and gets him what he wants. Jet the hawk is also pretty cool too because of his awesome personality, but I think this one goes to shadow though, who doesn't like an anti hero with a dark personality and has a violent action towards everything?
