As for me, in 9th grade during lunch break, I opened up a bag of chips, and without looking I started eating, and than I realized the chips tasted just horrible, and I look into the bag, and the chips were just covered in this filthy white crap, it was either mold or spiderwebs, couldn't quite tell, but it was just horrible looking, I'm thinking a spider got in there and wrapped the chips in webs, I didn't bother digging around to see if there was a dead spider in there.
That's probably my worst food experience I can think of.

this has nothing to do with food, though it does involve my mouth.

earlier this year i was outside minding my own business when a stupid kamakaze fly decides to go into my mouth, he did, and then he flies up into my nose and he got stuck in boogers, yet he was still alive (i could feel him kickin, which irritated my nose and me). i hadta stop what i was doin and get him out, i tried blowing out my nose, drinking (sorta) up my nose and... thats about it... but with the awesome combo of water-sneezing(accidently)-blowing i got him out, alive (but not for long).
