darthyoda : I'd rather do the physical work. That basically sounds like P.T. from the Army, but a specific type of session. The only thing that would be somewhat easy is the 1 mile in 10 minutes. I am so out of shape due to my bad knee that I could jog part of that, and walk the rest, but still get it in 10 minutes.
