I'm not sure but I've gotten a stomach bug once i've gotten a cold

I'm not exactly sure if i had a virus but i have had some nasty colds in my time that i would assume were a virus of somesort.

I'm not sure if I ever had a virus before. Hmmm. The longest I ever stayed sick was 2 days straight and I was constantly in the restroom vomiting. If I had to guess. I had a stomach virus. *shrugs* I'm not really sure since I have a high immunity systems so I hardly get sick.

What really sucks about viruses is that if you get one, you have it forever. You just build up immunities to it to keep the physical parts to resurface. So you usually don't have to worry about the same stomach virus bothering you again even though it is still in your body. I happen to get one when I was a little kid that resurfaces once in a while. I was exposed to lip cold sores as a kid (just to clear up any pervert's mind, NOT STD herpes. I was in kindergarten when I first got it). Once in a while, I get painful blisters on my lip that take about a week or so to go away if I don't catch it on time. These have a nickname 'stress blisters', and that couldn't be more true. The only time these resurface on me now is when I go through a time (even if it's just a day or two) where I am feeling a high amount of stress. If something really bad happens or it is approaching finals week, one thing I try to keep in mind is to be conscious of my lip so I can nip it before it develops. I think what sucks most about these is that because they are contagious, people who know what they are don't even want to touch something that I touch because they think I might not take the precautions to keep others from getting it. Luckily, I usually don't get them more than twice a year. Sometimes once or not at all.

I had a strange virus once 2 years ago... I woke up then puked, then puked again, i puked until i fell asleep..or i think passed out, then i puked on the car about 9 times on the way to the hospital then...yah i think you get the point, i puked about my whole body weight in 1 day.. lost about 10 pounds, i have no idea what the virus was, but at least its gone

Yep, the cold virus. 

I'm not sure, but I think meningitis counts as a virus and a infection both. Not sure. I got it as a baby.

I have had a severe case of a stomach flu before that more or less left me hospitalized for a week. I didn't even sleep for four days and barely could ingest anything in my stomach without it exiting out of my mouth onto the floor nearly an hour later -- at most. I tell you that was NOT fun.

Well, I'm sure most of us have gotten the flu virus before, which is never a fun time.

When I was little I also had strep throat. Of course, being little, I just thought it was fun to miss school, not knowing how serious a 104 fever was. x3

Yep. Most notably other than colds, was back in the 7th grade when I was 12. I got a stomach virus from who-knows-what and I couldn't stop vomiting. I vomited everything up that my dad tried to give me, including pills, and even stuff like water. In the end, my dad had to take me to the doctors and they gave me a shot in my bottom, and I recovered in record time.

As much as I hate talking about it I've had the virus a good few times, especially since I was little I hated having the virus so much I couldn't eat or sleep really well. Whenever I tried to do something I would vomit occasionally and sit somewhere for a long period of time
