I keep getting redirected to the page for some reason. I think it's probably some kind of ad that links to the page automatically.

I have two questions:

1. Have you seen it?
2. Do you have any idea what it is or how it gets on my screen?

I'm attaching a picture of it because I don't know whether the site is safe.

I have not seen these ads. I don't see ads at all. Maybe you should consider getting some ad-blocker if it's bothering you that much.

It bothers me because it's not like a popup or anything. I clicked a thread link on Vizzed and this page opened instead. I made the thread because I've had it happen two or three times on Vizzed and once or twice on some other sites.

BNuge : Ah. That happens to me constantly on search engines. I try and look for something through Google and I click the link and I always get redirected somewhere else. Usually by the third try I get to the website. I just learned to live with it. Though, it would be nice to not have to do that every time.

I haven't gotten THAT ad, but I'm getting quite a few Gamevance ads and it's annoying me. Like some words are green and underlined and if you scroll over them an ad shows up. I think that's my computer though.

Thats wierd no I never had problems with ads like that. Could be some kind of virus or hacker I dont know.

I'm sure it doesn't have any viruses, but it's more than likely a scam. I have seen those ads all over the place, but I have never gotten redirected like that.

After reading some of these comments I was starting to doubt whether I had been redirected or if it was a popup that opened in a new tab. Those doubts are gone.

While in Vizzed Market, I clicked to submit a post (no new tabs, just a click) and I was automatically redirected to this site:

I'm not going to go through taking a picture of it. It's some kind of weight loss pill ad. The other big thing I noticed is that the little Vizzed shield that always appears as the icon on Vizzed tabs in Chrome appeared as the icon for this ad.

When I clicked the "Back" arrow, I was brought to a Vizzed page (white background, black text, nothing special) that said:

Confirm Form Resubmission

This web page requires data that you entered earlier in order to be properly displayed. You can send this data again, but by doing so you will repeat any action this page previously performed. Press Reload to resend that data and display this page.

When I clicked "Back" again, I was brought to the page where I had written my post. I could also see below the post box that the most recent comment was the one I submitted before being redirected.

I can't believe there isn't even one person who knows what's going on here. I'm not attacking those who said it's a scam. I just think that's a general excuse when something goes wrong.

EDIT:: I have just experienced what your talking about. I tried going to the Crazy House section, and there it was. It just redirected me straight to the website. I tried 3 times to get to crazy house, and each time I tried, it kept redirecting. It is really annoying, I don't know how to stop it.

After seeing the ad for pills, I'm assuming there are more. Other than the redirecting, it doesn't seem like these two sites have anything in common so it's somewhat logical to assume that there may be more sites.

Ok I just disabled ads from those sites.

I don't have any different ones at the moment, I only saw the MyWebFace one, which seems to be taken care of, now. I'll come and tell if I see any other ads with that problem, yet it may be very unlikely to find one .
