Fourside was a pretty fun stage, with that UFO and its epic music, but my vote will have to go to Bug Blue. Fighting on top of machines going incredibly fast and making sure not to fall on the track was pretty hectic.

Fourside was definitely my favorite. I would just wall jump all day long even if it was a stock match. I tried to remake it as a custom stage in Brawl, but I couldn't get it to work right.

My friend and I always played final destination with no items.  It was just skill vs skill with no platforms or stuff to get in the way. Definitely liked termina bay. Was fun to play king of the hill on the turtle. Pokemon stadium was another great arena as it constantly changed and was like 4 maps in 1.

As opposed to everyone else, I love the Poke Floats stage. Battling atop of all the giant Pokemon is exhilarating, not to mention that you have to keep moving to not be KO'd by the platforms alone. It provides another level of awareness besides the enemy you're fighting.

I have to say Hyrule Castle.  Out of all of the stages I've ever played on, the castle is the most fun just because of all of the space there is to move around.  The only problem is you can't really hit people with Pikachu's Thunder attack. But oh well, it's a small sacrifice for a fun stage,

It would have to be the Temple stage from the Legend of Zelda. I feel it's the place for an epic battle. I would choose Final Destination, but truth be told, I have never played that stage on Melee, only seen the stage. Looks like the perfect place to have an intense battle with no walls or gaps or gimmicks to affect anyone's skill.
