It depends on the movie. If it's a good song at the end or if I want to see who played who in it, I'll probably watch the credits. Also (as some users have already said), if I know there's going to be an extra scene or something at the very end, I'll watch them. As I said, it depends on what the movie is and whether or not there's something extra at the end of it.

I usually only stay for the credits for two reasons. Either it's a Marvel movie and I want to see what's after the credits or I like the song that they play during the credits. It's only by mere coincidence that I might notice an obscure actors name.
