I despise those mini-Chaos from Sonic Adventure 2. You know, they're found in Crazy Gadget or something. They become really annoying to beat, they'll most likely kill you before you can beat them all.

For hardest bosses, it'd have to be (in my experience, I've rarely ever played a Sonic game all the way through) the one from the Ice Level of Sonic Advance. For worst villain, it'd have to be Mephiles from Sonic 06.
