it really blew everyone's minds when it came out and that nostalgic effect is still there. once you start to play the game, you remember why you loved it in the first place. it is one of the most beloved games of all time and it should never be underestimated.

Yes it was a great game I grew up in this era this was when I was actually into games Gotta love the 90's was a great time period in gaming (I think it was probably best time period in gaming) that and the original ps1 were classic

I personally loved OoT. It was one of my favorite games from that era. Heck, that game is the reason why I decided to purchase an N64. Well, that and Conkers.

I think I spent well over 60 hours to beat OoT when that game came out.

Originally, my parents were playing this game. Once they reached the Master Sword they decided that the game was okay for me to play (based on violence, etc.). I was around 8 or 9 and all they knew about the current video games was GTA, so they were being cautious. I never caught up to them, but I did finish it. I do remember that they both reached Ganon's Castle around the same time and it became a race to see who could finish first. My mom should have won, but she kept using the Biggoron's Sword even after she got the Master Sword back in the Final final battle. My dad figured it out and beat her to the win.

The Spirit Temple boss is probably my favorite. Infiltrating the Gerudo fortress was also a lot of fun. My favorite song was probably the Bolero of Fire.

I think Ocarina of Time is what made N64 such a big success.

this game made the series, heck, it practicaly made the system (well, super mario 64 also played quite a bit with that as well). if i do recall, this game was something that made me glad that i joined vizzed. every song for the ocarina was awesome (who can't love saria's song and bolero of fire?), and i can't believe that i haven't finished this game completely (i've beaten the game, but i didn't max everything out yet). this game, is with out a doubt, one of the best games for the system, if not the best. but that's just my opinion.

I LOVE this game. Owned it when i had a n64 and before my GameCube got stolen, truly my favorite n64 game if not my favorite game of all time, have beaten it so many times, wasted a lot of time just playing through it over and over again trying to find all the little nooks and crannies finding all the Spiders, and the great fairies!
