I HATE First Person Shooter Games, like literally stab in the throat hate, but... I like Halo Reach. It's just epic, mainly because it's aliens your shooting, so it doesn't seem as inhumane to me. The online is pretty good too... The Storyline in the game is pure genious, there's just surprises after surprises, and even more surprises after that! The graphics are good, great level set ups with how you go about things (rockets-ships, tanks, cars, etc.). I just purely love it.

My favorite FPS on the 360 definitely has to be Halo Reach, I love it more than I had anticipated that I would.

My second favorite is Unreal Tournament 3, I used to love playing the Unreal Tournament games on the PC and hated the first couple of console Unreal Tournament games, I'm glad they made one more like the UT series.
