I don't need glasses or contacts so I don't have to worry about it. I do find that I seem to forget to bring my sunglasses at occasions where I really wish I had them.

I also think that glasses can be very attractive. It's not a look for everyone though.

Well, once or twice, I wore glasses as a joke (I have PERFECT eyesight for a person like me, so I never needed glasses at all.) and people said that I look a bit more mature with them, but I think that goes the same with other people too. Oh well.
