This question's probably already been asked, but I downloaded RPG Maker 95 and when I ran the Install Wizard and started it up, all it showed was this window:

Still gotta figure out what goes where, and what files to transfer to what folder, but I'll let you get on with your work instead. For stuff that's older than my version of windows. I just set it to compatibility mode for Windows 95 (for that case anyways).
